Dermatology Opportunity | High Demand, No Call, Procedural Support

Join a thriving dermatology practice with built-in patient volume, strong procedural support, and a collaborative team. This full-time role is ideal for general dermatologists or MOHS specialists seeking predictable hours, aesthetic income potential, and work-life balance.

Practice Overview

• Work alongside a general dermatologist, aesthetic physician, plastic surgeons, and experienced NPs
• Comprehensive care under one roof: general dermatology, MOHS (optional), biopsies, aesthetics, and cosmetic surgery
• Advanced technology: UVB therapy, XTRAC, and a full laser suite (IPL, Nd:YAG, Diode, Alexandrite, Erbium, Fractional)

Schedule

• Average 28-30 patients/day with 15-minute appointments
• No call responsibilities and flexible scheduling options available
• Tech and LPN support ensure smooth, efficient patient flow

Compensation & Benefits

• $625,000 base with wRVU bonus potential
• Generous sign-on bonus and up to $10,000 relocation assistance
• 33 PTO days, 10 CME days + $5,000 allowance, malpractice with tail, full benefits including 401(k) and 457(b)
