Description
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Doctor of Chiropractic to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will be committed to helping patients achieve optimal health through effective chiropractic care. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and promote overall wellness. This is a hands-on clinical role with a strong focus on patient care, not sales or excessive administrative tasks. With the support of our front desk and rehab team, plus access to on-site X-ray, you’ll be empowered to deliver accurate, efficient care and great outcomes.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical exams and medical history reviews
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
Perform chiropractic adjustments and other therapeutic treatments
Educate patients on health and wellness practices
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within and outside of the clinic
Participate in community outreach and education programs as needed
Qualifications:
Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited chiropractic college
Valid chiropractic license in the state of Washington
Strong diagnostic and treatment skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Dedication to ongoing professional development and learning
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Work-life balance: Patient hours are 9:00 AM–12:00 PM and 3:00–6:00 PM on Monday-Friday with a 2 hour lunch break in between. This structure allows for built-in time to catch up on documentation, collaborate with teammates, or enjoy personal time during the day.
