Cases and Procedures

• Direct outpatient care, consults, follow-ups
• Inpatient admissions and rounding as needed
• Works with APP and clinical team on coordinated care

Requirements

• Board Certified or Eligible within 5 years
• Active Illinois license
• ACLS and CSR required
