Practice Details
- Freestanding 80-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital with an average census of 55
- Team includes two physiatrists, a dedicated hospitalist, and highly tenured nursing and therapy staff
- Comprehensive therapy services, including PT, OT, SLP, specialty programs for TBI, stroke, amputee, and spinal care
- Access to advanced tools, including a Vector harness system, therapy garden, and step-down suite
- Optional hourly outpatient space for EMGs, nerve blocks, Botox, and other procedures
- Leadership development is available through an assistant director stipend
Schedule
- Full inpatient caseload with flexibility to pick up part-time work at a nearby hospital
- Supportive environment that allows you to focus on patient care and workflow efficiency
- Collaborative interdisciplinary rounds and strong referral relationships with area acute care systems
Compensation & Benefits
- First-year income guarantee of $280,000 with $340,000 potential
- Generous sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
- Ability to retain 100% of billing and collections after the guarantee period
- Expected income exceeds $400,000 with supplemental outpatient procedures available
