Physician Assistant – Integrative Medicine & Wellness Clinic
Location: Ocala, Florida
Position Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience.

We are an established wellness and medical clinic specializing in weight management, adult ADHD, Social Security Disability evaluations, and Veterans Benefit exams. We have been in business since 2009 with 2 locations in Florida and a 50 state telemedicine practice.
Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, forward-thinking PA who is comfortable practicing under anti-aging and functional medicine principles and is open to the off-label use of medications when supported by clinical evidence and patient-specific needs. The ideal candidate values individualized care, evidence-based wellness optimization, and the integration of modern and traditional medical approaches.
Primary Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive evaluations for weight loss, ADHD, disability, and veteran benefit exams.
Prescribe and manage medications, including those used off-label when clinically appropriate.
Follow anti-aging and regenerative medicine guidelines for prevention and wellness optimization.
Perform and document Social Security Disability and Veterans Affairs benefit evaluations according to federal and clinic standards.
Monitor and adjust weight-management protocols (GLP-1s, metabolic peptides, nutritional guidance, etc.) as clinically appropriate.
Evaluate and treat patients for adult ADHD using safe, compliant, and individualized approaches.
Collaborate with the clinic’s medical director, wellness team, and administrative staff to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient workflow.
Maintain accurate and compliant EMR documentation for all encounters.
Provide education to patients on wellness, prevention, nutrition, and lifestyle modification.
Qualifications
Licensed PA in the state of Florida.
Active DEA license (or eligible to obtain).
Prior experience in one or more of the following preferred:
Weight management and/or metabolic medicine
ADHD diagnosis and medication management
Disability or veteran benefit evaluations
Hormone therapy or anti-aging medicine
Open-minded and comfortable practicing within functional and preventative medicine frameworks.
Excellent communication skills and patient rapport.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and professional in documentation and follow-through.
Comfortable with practicing independently.
Comfortable with mild primary care.
