Physician Assistant – Urology (Outpatient)
Fullerton, California

A well-established private urology practice in Fullerton, California is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to join our team. This is a 100% outpatient position offering an excellent work-life balance in a supportive, collegial environment.

The Physician Assistant will support two urology providers and primarily manage lower-acuity patients, with opportunities to grow clinically and contribute to practice development. This role is well-suited for a motivated PA interested in building long-term relationships with patients and helping improve access to care.

Qualifications
Physician Assistant (PA-C)
No prior urology experience required (training provided)
Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
Interest in practice growth and patient-centered care
Compensation
$115,000 – $130,000 annually
The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation
May include productivity bonuses, quality or performance incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable
Salary range provided in accordance with California state law and subject to variation based on experience and other factors
