We are an established, thriving family medicine practice serving our community for 38 years. Due to the coming retirement of our founding physician, we are seeking a dedicated family medicine physician to continue providing exceptional patient care to our loyal patient base.

Active Patients: 5,000
12 fully equipped exam rooms, computer in each room, 2 labs 
Office Suites: 4 private suites, large front office and patient waiting area

Requirements

Board certified/board eligible in Family Medicine
