Description

We're seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) who is adaptable, compassionate, and excited to be part of a supportive team committed to quality care.
Position Highlights
- Outpatient only - no hospital responsibilities
- Diverse patient panel - pediatrics through geriatrics
- Realistic daily volume: 11-14 patients per shift (target up to 25)
- Monday-Friday schedule - no weekends or in-clinic holiday coverage
- Phone call coverage only, shared one week/month
What We're Looking For
- Active California PA license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience with both pediatric and adult populations preferred
- Open to well-rounded new graduates with strong clinical training
- A strong communicator and collaborative team player
Compensation & Benefits
- CME: 40 hours off + $2,500 annual allowance
