Description
Partner-Track | Independent, Physician-Owned IVF Practice
Primary Location: Irvine, California
About Life IVF Center
Life IVF Center is one of the largest independent IVF programs in the western United States. We are a physician-owned practice with a patient-first philosophy and a strong record of outcomes across a diverse and often complex patient population.
We are a physician-led practice with independent clinical governance, rather than being directed by private equity, a hospital system, or an academic institution. This structure supports a commitment to physician-led decision-making and individualized patient care.
Day to day, physicians work in collaboration with a deeply experienced team across nursing, embryology, operations, and practice management, allowing focus on clinical care rather than administrative burden.
The Role
We are seeking an early to mid-career Reproductive Endocrinologist to join Life IVF Center on a defined partner track, with an eventual pathway toward senior clinical leadership and possible medical directorship.
This role is designed for a physician who wants to build a durable career, develop a personal patient following, and contribute meaningfully to the growth and direction of an independent practice.
Weekend and holiday coverage is shared and structured to be sustainable.
