Position Overview:
The System Nursing Evidence-Based Practice Specialist plays a vital role in enhancing nursing practice through the promotion of evidence-based initiatives, research, and leadership development. This role is for a nurse who wants to be close to practice and make a real, visible difference. As the System Evidence-Based Practice Specialist, you'll help bring evidence to life by implementing a systemwide strategy that strengthens how nurses ask questions, improve care, and lead changes. You'll work alongside nurses, leaders, and councils to translate evidence into action, building confidence, capability, and consistency in evidence-based practice across the organization. A big part of this role is mentoring others, developing EBP capability, and helping teams move from ideas to outcomes that matter. The work is fast-paced, collaborative, and deeply connected to our nursing culture. You'll be influencing how nurses think, learn, and grow; helping shape an environment where evidence-based practice is expected, supported, and celebrated. There's meaningful opportunity here to grow professionally while helping elevate the nursing profession. If you're energized by momentum, relationships, and seeing your work turn into measurable impact, this role gives you the chance to do that every day.
