We are looking for an experienced Family Medicine physician or an Emergency Medicine physician to work in our SSM Health Express Clinic in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin.

Practice Setting:

• Full-time or part-time options available 
• 12-hour weekday shifts and 8-hour weekend shifts with variable rotations
• 6-week rotations with 4 eight-hour weekend shifts every 6 weeks
• Extremely competitive hourly pay rate
• Laboratory and X-ray services on-site
• Part of a multi-specialty group practice
• All ages and acuity levels seen at this location
• Avg of 2.5 patients /hour
• Position available due to a retirement
