MercyOne Genesis is seeking a BC/BE General Orthopedic Surgeon to join our expanding orthopedic team. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key member of a new and rapidly developing orthopedic practice, offering broad-based orthopedic care with the autonomy to tailor your practice to your interests. 

We are looking for a surgeon skilled in the full spectrum of general orthopedicsincluding fracture care, sports injuries, joint conditions, arthroscopy, and elective procedureswho is committed to delivering excellent outcomes in a collaborative, patient?centered environment. Position Highlights

• Shared evening and weekend call (1:8)

Qualifications 

• MD or DO 

• ABOS Board Certified or Board Eligible required 

• Ability to obtain Iowa and Illinois medical licenses 

• Broad clinical and surgical skill set in general orthopedics 

• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset 

• Open to graduating residents/fellows and experienced surgeons 

Compensation & Benefits 

• Two-year guaranteed salary: $739,410, with production beginning at 10,650 wRVUs 

• Straight production model starting year 3 

• Potential to earn $1M+ annually 

• $100,000 recruitment incentive 

• Relocation assistance up to $15,000
